Inside The Blue House
The Sitting Room
A spacious and inviting room with original cornicing and a traditional fireplace, the sitting room is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to unwind with a book, a film, or simply the view. A writing desk is also provided for guests who may wish to catch up on correspondence or work during their stay.














The Dining Room & Kitchen
The dining room is bright and stylish, comfortably seating four guests and offering a peaceful spot to enjoy meals or morning coffee. A connecting doorway leads to the stylish and well equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher — along with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals.
To the rear of the property, a small outdoor area provides a bin store and a designated smoking space (please note the interior of the house is strictly non-smoking).














The Bathroom
Located on the ground floor, the main bathroom is full of character, featuring wood panelling, a deep bath with an overhead rain shower, and a laundry cupboard stocked with essentials for your stay.




The En-Suite Bedroom
This light-filled bedroom features a king-size cast iron and brass bed, a decorative fireplace, and stunning views over the harbour. An antique writing desk and mirror add to the room’s charm, while a walk-in wardrobe and private en-suite with a luxurious rain-head shower complete the space.





















The Big Bedroom
Generously proportioned and thoughtfully furnished, this bedroom includes another king-size cast iron and brass bed, a feature fireplace, and a cosy snuggler chair — perfect for reading or enjoying a quiet moment. With antique touches and soft textiles throughout, this room offers a peaceful retreat with views that make every morning feel special.














Outside
To the front of the property, there is free parking available, albeit on a first come first served basis. Additional to this there are a number of reasonably priced paid car parks, within a moment’s walk from The Blue House.
